This policy explains the advance booking, cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements for SS Paragliding Dalhousie in Khajjiar near Dalhousie.

1. Booking Advance

SS Paragliding may take a booking advance of ₹500 to confirm a paragliding booking.

Customers should confirm their booking details, preferred date and current operating information with SS Paragliding before travelling.

2. Customer Cancellation

If a customer cancels the booking, the ₹500 booking advance is fully refundable.

3. Cancellation Due to Weather or Wind

Paragliding is weather-dependent. If the flight cannot be operated because of unsuitable weather, wind or flying conditions, the ₹500 booking advance is fully refundable.

Where practical, the customer may also discuss rescheduling the flight for another suitable time or date instead of taking the refund.

4. Customer Has Already Reached the Location

If the customer has reached the meeting or operating location but the flight cannot proceed before take-off because weather, wind or flying conditions become unsuitable, the ₹500 booking advance is fully refundable.

5. Cancellation by SS Paragliding

If SS Paragliding is unable to provide the booked flight and the booking is cancelled before the flight takes place, the ₹500 booking advance is fully refundable.

6. Rescheduling

Where a flight cannot proceed as planned, customers may contact SS Paragliding to discuss rescheduling for another suitable date or time.

Rescheduled flights remain subject to weather, wind, availability and operational conditions on the new date.

7. Flight Operations Remain Weather-Dependent

Payment of a booking advance confirms the booking arrangement but does not guarantee that weather and flying conditions will permit a flight at a particular time.

Operational and safety-related decisions must take account of actual conditions at the time of the flight.

8. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

To cancel a booking or discuss a refund or rescheduling, contact SS Paragliding using the same booking details or telephone number used for the booking wherever possible.
